The YSMU “School of Pediatrics” organized a boot camp for first- and second-year pediatric residents, as well as for medical graduates who had not yet decided on their area of specialization; the event served as a vital platform for professional growth, the exchange of experience, and the establishment of new connections.
During the event, renowned physicians and professors from various fields shared their extensive experience with the participants, presenting key pediatric diseases, modern diagnostic approaches, and interesting clinical cases.
Each session offered an opportunity to deepen knowledge, discuss challenges encountered in clinical practice, and gain new perspectives on various areas of pediatrics. Residents actively participated in discussions, posing questions to the specialists and sharing their own observations. Alongside knowledge-sharing and professional discussions, the boot camp also brought participants together in a creative setting. As part of a team-building activity, doctors and residents collaborated to create a symbolic image dedicated to the pediatric profession.
According to Hripsime Apresyan, lecturer and Head of the Infectious Diseases Clinic at the “Muratsan” University Hospital (part of the School of Pediatrics); this initiative underscored once again that the foundation of becoming a skilled professional lies not only in knowledge and technical expertise, but also in teamwork, collaboration, and the exchange of experience.
